Notre Dame Preparatory currently has an opening for a qualified IT Desktop Analyst that will install and maintain computer systems, network equipment and audio video equipment. The Analyst will work closely with staff and students to assist in troubleshooting computer hardware and software problems.
A successful IT Desktop Analyst must have a thorough knowledge of computer software and hardware and a variety of internet applications, networks and operating systems. The ideal candidate will also have great troubleshooting abilities and attention to detail.
IT Desktop Analyst Responsibilities:
- Assist staff/students with installation, configuration and ongoing usability of system hardware and software
- Offer daily operations and systems support to staff/students
- Maintain Classroom A/V equipment
- Verify functionality of hardware and software components
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues in person, remotely and via phone
- Assist staff/students with computer problems and answer their questions
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree in an IT field, or 6 months experience
- Must pass Catholic Diocese background check
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Microsoft and Apple Operating Systems
- Basic knowledge of VoIP
- Basic knowledge of networked printers
- CompTIA A+
