St. Mary’s Catholic High School is looking to hire a head women's flag football coach for the 2024 fall season.

 

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

 

The Varsity Head Coach will instruct fellow program coaches and student-athletes in the system, on fundamental skills, strategies, and physical training necessary for them to realize their talents as well as a degree of professional, individual, and team success.

 

Applicants should strive to develop a program that is in line with the school’s mission, placing a primary emphasis on the physical, moral, and academic formation of the young women in their program.

 

Applicants should possess the coaching experience and background needed to evaluate and develop athletes in flag football.

 

A qualified applicant will need to possess the following upon hire:

1. Completed Safe Environment Training through the Diocese of Phoenix
2. All required NFHS Courses
3. Current CPR and First Aid Certification
4. Valid Fingerprint Clearance Card
5. Applicant must be a certified teacher or an NFHS certified coach
